The FS 800 from Rychiger is a versatile filling system designed to accurately handle solids, pastes, and liquids for pet food and ready meal applications. It features a walking beam transport system that prevents product spillage and contamination. The modular design allows for 6 to 8 lanes and 50 to 55 cycles per minute, with an output rate of up to 400 containers per minute. The system supports containers made from various materials and shapes, making it adaptable for convenience foods. Core modules include punching and sealing modules to ensure high seal quality. Its open design facilitates wet cleaning, although this is rarely necessary due to the effective contamination prevention architecture. The FS 800 operates on a connected load of 3 x 400 V + Pe / 50 Hz, requiring a power range of 30 to 60 kW and is compatible with compressed air (≥ 5 bar) and cooling water (3 – 5 l/min).
