The COMBISEPTIC from IMA Group is a continuous-motion filling and sealing system designed for yoghurts and desserts. Its modular design allows for flexible configurations and is suitable for different hygienic standards, including ‘clean’ and ‘ultra-clean’. The system can handle liquid to pasty products, with or without particulates, and can fill volumes ranging from 50 to 500 ml. The COMBISEPTIC is capable of outputting between 9,000 and 16,200 cups per hour, and offers the option to fill two different formats simultaneously. The servo-driven fillers ensure high filling accuracies, minimizing product loss and enhancing productivity. Additionally, the equipment is equipped with a controlled, sterile air supply in the filling area up to the sealing station. Materials compatible with the system include cups made of PP, PS, and plastic with cardboard sleeves, as well as various lid types. Optional features such as UVC, Pulsed Light, and H2O2-UVC combined sterilization, pre- and post fillers, and inkjet printing are available.
