Fan convection laboratory oven for precise temperature control

In laboratory settings, maintaining consistent and accurate temperatures is crucial for various heating applications, such as drying samples or conducting heat treatments. Challenges arise when conventional heating methods fail to ensure uniform temperature distribution and rapid recovery rates.

Ensure uniform heating with rapid recovery

The Carbolite Gero PF fan convection laboratory oven is designed to offer superior temperature uniformity and rapid heating, making it ideal for precise laboratory applications. Featuring a maximum operating temperature of 300°C for models PF 30 to PF 200 and 250°C for models PF 400 and PF 800, it caters to various volume needs with chamber capacities ranging from 28 to 910 liters. One of the key features is the R38 digital PID temperature controller for the PF 30 to PF 200 models and the Carbolite Gero 301 controller for the PF 400 and PF 800 models, which offer single ramp-to-set-point and process timer functionality. The fan convection mechanism ensures faster heating and recovery times compared to natural convection models. The oven’s chemically resistant stainless steel liner and nickel-chrome plated wire shelves enhance durability and convenience. Safety and operational efficiency are further ensured by compliance with BS EN 61010-2-010:2003 standards.
