Optimize and control extrusion processes
The GH and GH-M Series extrusion control units from AEC (ACS Group) are designed to match extruder throughput, monitor material usage, and control extruder output with optional control systems. These units feature a mass flow weigh hopper to eliminate material segregation and ensure a first in/first out material flow. They incorporate a high-accuracy cantilever load cell and a Rockwell Micro850 PLC control system with a high-resolution color touchscreen. The systems can control weight per length and weight per area to within ±0.5% of the target. Optional features include haul-off encoders and adjustable speed modules for increased versatility.
