The DISPERMAT® SCV5-EX dissolver by VMA-Getzmann is an explosion-proof vacuum dissolver designed for high-viscosity products. It disperses quantities ranging from 80 to 1000 liters and is available for container sizes up to 1250 liters. This system includes a strong vacuum system, preventing air inclusions and enhancing product quality. The SCV5-EX meets ATEX protection class II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb and complies with Directive 2014/34/EU. It features an integrated cover for height adjustment of the shaft during dispersion, even under vacuum. The dissolver can be equipped with various optional accessories such as LED lighting, a PT100 temperature sensor, and a Liquiphant level switch. The BK5 stand includes an electric height adjustment, making it user-friendly and functional. The SCV5-EX is suitable for diverse industries including paints, varnishes, adhesives, coatings, and pharmaceuticals.
