The ECO-ENERGY forced circulation evaporator by FBR ELPO is designed for the concentration of pulpy juices. Available in configurations with multiple effects, it accommodates production capacities from 50 t/24h to 2000 t/24h. This system significantly lowers electricity consumption due to the optimized design and positioning of tube nests, which allow the utilization of low-power product circulation pumps. Additionally, the ECO-ENERGY evaporator features a nebulized water condenser system that minimizes unit water consumption and keeps the condenser clean. It also employs a centrifugal pump for efficient water extraction. With very low residence times and process temperatures, this evaporator ensures the production of high-quality fruit concentrates.
