Emulsion reduction system for meat processing

In the food processing industry, achieving consistent product texture and stability is crucial when producing emulsified meat products like sausages or pâtés. Challenges typically include contamination risks, inconsistent particle sizes, and inefficient processing times, which can lead to inconsistent product quality.

Optimize product texture and reduce contimination risk.

The Cozzini PrimeCut AR722 Emulsion/Reduction System is designed for precision in reducing meat particles to a consistent size and temperature, addressing common bottlenecks in meat processing. Utilizing a controlled variable speed pump, the product is force-fed into the MultiCut cutting chamber, achieving precise particle sizes and uniform temperatures. The MultiCut chamber features a unique separation design between the bearing housing and the cutting chamber to prevent contamination. Available with a range of hole plate sizes (1.0 mm to 9.9 mm) and customizable knife holders, the system provides flexibility to achieve the desired product texture. Optional sensors monitor product inlet pressure and inlet/outlet temperatures, further ensuring quality control. It is USDA accepted and CE approved, built to conform with AMI sanitary equipment design principles.

Benefits

  • Reduces contamination risk with unique separation design
  • Allows precise control over particle size and temperature
  • Compatible with various hole plate sizes and knife holders
  • Minimizes space and energy requirements
  • Ensures consistent product quality with integrated sensors
