Available in 80 and 150 liters, it features thermostatic temperature control for precise cooking. The design includes an optional DN80 (3″) stainless steel butterfly valve for enhanced drainage. For those who frequently cook thick products, a powerful agitator model is available, equipped with a stainless steel stirring arm and Teflon scrapers.
