Efficient dewatering with air blowing stations

The Sormac drying conveyor DB is designed to effectively dewater hard vegetables using air blowing stations. This system consists of a mesh belt with two air blowing stations positioned above it, both connected to a single fan. These stations blow excess water off the produce, which is then collected in a tray beneath the conveyor for centralized drainage. An air knife at the end of the conveyor removes the produce from the belt efficiently. The quick-release system of the conveyor belt allows for easy cleaning and maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime.
