It features a PLC-controlled system that operates the drum’s rotation at variable speeds, configurable to specific requirements. The blender tilts up to 30°, ensuring thorough mixing. Built with a carbon steel internal structure and an AISI 304 steel outer casing, it includes safety panels with electro-locks for secure operation. Front fixed and rear pivoting wheels with brakes allow easy mobility. It accommodates drums ranging from 2 to 200 liters with a maximum load capacity of 200 kg. Additionally, the blender adheres to cGMP, ATEX, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards, and can be customized to process-specific needs. The solution improves ergonomic and safety aspects and aligns with Industry 4.0 principles.
