Romaco Macofar depyrogenation tunnels are designed to sterilize and depyrogenize ampoules, vials, bottles and other glass containers, based on the laminar flow principle using hot sterile air (max. 340° C). Containers are transported through the sterilizing tunnel by a conveyor belt made of stainless steel wire mesh. The tunnels are entirely made out of stainless steel AISI 316 and AISI 304.

Depyrogenation tunnels for ampoules, vials and bottles, are divided into 3 areas: In-feed area, Sterilizing area, Cooling area. The machine is equipped with conveyor belts, adjustable flaps, filters to facilitate the sterilization and depyrogenization process.
