The Depulper ZPD500 by Zumex Food Engineering is designed to streamline the juice extraction process by effectively separating pulp and stones. The fruit enters a perforated cylinder featuring an adjustable slope, where it is driven by a screw conveyor. Three paddles press the fruit against the cylinder perforations, allowing the raw juice and pulp to be collected outside the filtering cylinder while the stones remain inside. These stones are discharged through an independent output. The device is versatile, with available meshes for a wide range of fruits, ensuring that different production needs can be met without changing the primary equipment setup.
