The Carbo-MW from SIPA is a compact unit designed for efficient degassing and carbonation in mineral and flavored water production. Its innovative in-line proportional CO2 dosing technology uses mass flow meters for precision control, ensuring consistent carbonation quality and repeatability. The process begins with water being guided to a horizontal degassing tank, where high vacuum or CO2 counterpressure efficiently removes gases. This is followed by carbonation using a special injector nozzle that finely dissolves CO2 for maximum solubility. With capacities ranging up to 66,000 liters per hour, the Carbo-MW integrates seamlessly into continuous, fully automatic production lines, featuring PLC control and a 15-inch touch-screen interface for ease of use.
