It features a unique single auger system that ensures gentle handling of the curd, reducing fat losses and maintaining product quality. The single auger, coupled with baffle plates, stretches and aligns the fibres without unwanted cutting. The dual heat exchange system optimizes the heating process, minimizing protein denaturation and ensuring a consistent cook. Additionally, an integrated cream tank reduces fat loss by collecting and repurposing excess flush water. Automatic water fill maintains the correct water level throughout the process, ensuring operational efficiency. Capable of processing up to 7.2 tons of cheese per hour, this high-capacity unit can feed multiple moulding machines simultaneously.
