The FTS BioCool™ Controlled Rate Freezer, supplied by ATS Scientific Products, offers a precise mechanical refrigeration system for freezing a wide range of biological materials. This freezer eliminates the need for hazardous refrigerants, delivering controlled and consistent temperature management from -40°C to +30°C. Its 1.5 L bath capacity and built-in magnetic stirrer ensure uniform temperatures, accommodating substantial heat loads more effectively than liquid nitrogen counterparts. User-specified ramp control with up to ten segments allows a fully customized freezing process, making it suitable for various applications such as the freezing of embryos, tissue, and blood. An optional selection of container holder racks provides further customization.
