The FLEX L by KRONEN is designed to address these needs. It is suitable for continuous packaging of free-flowing food products such as vegetables, fruit, and cut lettuce within production lines. Capable of producing bags with widths ranging from 75 mm to 350 mm and unlimited bag lengths up to 480 mm per sealing operation, it offers flexibility for different packaging needs. This system can produce up to 50 bags per minute, which increases to 70 bags per minute in the FLEX L Servo version due to the servo-motor-driven sealing system. The packaging unit is easy to operate with a 7-inch touchscreen interface and designed for quick and easy cleaning thanks to its open construction and hygienic design. It also features low power and air consumption, contributing to cost-effective packaging operations. The FLEX L can be used as a stand-alone unit or integrated into weighing systems, making it versatile for various production setups.
