This dryer is designed around a feed system, a patented drying chamber, and a bag filter. The feed system buffers and fragments product with an agitator, ensuring a smooth feed to the dryer. The drying chamber features a rotor at its conical base, creating a hot air flow pattern that efficiently evaporates moisture from the product. Classifiers at the top of the chamber ensure only fine particles pass through, while larger particles undergo further drying. The high-velocity air inlet design prevents product build-up and enables a faster drying process. Operational capacities range from 1 kg/h to 40 tons/h, making it suitable for various scales, including pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.
