Continuous band blade decrusting slicer for bread

In industrial bread production, removing the crusts from loaves evenly and efficiently is crucial. Manual decrusting is time-consuming and inconsistent, leading to waste and lower-quality products. For bakeries seeking to automate and enhance precision in bread decrusting, a dedicated solution is essential.

Effortlessly decrust loaves on all sides

The Mod. 110-TRA by Gasparin is a continuous band blade decrusting slicer designed for the effective removal of bread crusts on all four sides. Utilizing a continuous band blade cutting head mounted on balanced pulleys, it offers excellent adherence and stability during operation. This slicer features two distinct stations: one for horizontal crust slicing and the other for vertical crust slicing. It includes adjustable inlet and outlet loading conveyor belts, with the upper belt designed to hold and guide the loaf securely towards the blades and the lower belt equipped with lateral guides. Each blade’s cutting height and depth are independently adjustable, allowing for precise customization. The conveyor belt’s speed can be adjusted via an inverter, ensuring flexibility in production. An electric panel with centralized controls and stainless steel protection screens offers ease of use and safety. Optional features include pneumatic blade tensioning, a stainless steel version, and a design ready for a crumb suction system.
