Compact milk pasteurizer for milk, cream, and whey
In dairy processing, ensuring the safety and quality of milk, cream, and whey is paramount. Traditional pasteurization methods often face challenges such as inefficient heat recovery and complex integration into existing systems.

Efficiently skims, cleanses, and pasteurizes milk products
The Compact Milk Pasteurizer MWA by GEA is designed for efficient pasteurization of milk, cream, and whey with capacities ranging from 2000 to 35,000 liters per hour. Equipped with an integrated skimming separator, it ensures the continuous separation of milk into cream and skim milk while removing non-milk particles. The process heats raw milk to approximately 55°C, where it is then separated and cleaned through centrifugal force in a self-cleaning separator, followed by further heating to 74°C for pasteurization. The closed-loop system recovers 92% of thermal energy, making it highly energy-efficient. The unit is pre-assembled and pre-tested, allowing easy integration with minimal installation effort. Suitable for various dairy products, including whole, skim, and standardized milk, as well as cream-based products, it meets ISO 9001 standards.
