The Compact-Bräu 2.5HL from Easybrau-Velo (Omnia Technologies) is a compact brewhouse designed for microbreweries, brewpubs, and diverse beverage producers. Comprising a single-block AISI 304/316 stainless steel structure with all necessary components pre-connected, it is operational upon connection to electric, water, and gas supply lines. This brewhouse includes a mash/kettle/whirlpool tun, a lauter tun, a hot liquor tank, and a cooling exchanger. The system’s design facilitates double batch production if an additional tun is connected. Notably, its efficient wort recirculation process and independent lautering tun minimize wort oxidation and maximize production efficiency. The internal cleaning spray-balls and double-wall thermal insulation enhance operational efficiency. The system also features user-friendly touch-screen PLC controls for automatic management of the mash and production processes, allowing recipe memorization for consistent output.
