This unit offers a liquid smoke developer that produces less smoke and tar, promoting an easier clean-up and healthier end product. Additionally, the chamber features a Touch Smoke combustion smoke developer built into the door to conserve space. The chamber’s durable materials, advanced insulation, and welding techniques contribute to its longevity. Utilizing a fully automatic microprocessor TP 7.20 touchscreen control, the chamber can store up to 100 programs with 20 steps each. The unit additionally supports HACCP obligations through extensive registration options, and offers built-in showering and pump cleaning functionalities. Optional features include a friction smoke developer and a combustion smoke developer. The chamber can accommodate Spakomat-1490 trolleys with dimensions of 90x74x170 cm and 7 shelves.
