The Color Remediation Column (CRC) & Chromatography Skid, offered by Precision Extraction Solutions, is designed for the inline removal of contaminants such as heavy metals and pesticides in cannabis and hemp extracts. This system is compatible with most primary cannabis extraction equipment and rated to operate at temperatures down to -40°C with a pressure rating of 350 PSIG. The CRC Skid features liquid-jacketed vessels to maintain consistent process temperatures and a nitrogen manifold for easy fluid transfer. Made from 304 stainless steel with GYLON gaskets, it ensures durability and reliability. The streamlined design enhances process line ergonomics, allowing effective integration into existing setups. The CRC Skid’s media column volume is 2.2 L, and it supports Class 1, Division 1 compliance, built to ASME standards and reviewed for NFPA 58 LPG compliance.
