Extract and deaerate cold for superior purees

The Monoskid System by Bertocchi is a compact unit integrating cold Turbo Extractor and Cold Deaerator on a single frame. Designed for easy installation and operation, it handles fruits and vegetables at room temperature to create products such as pulpy juice with medium fiber content but low viscosity. The system uses a High Speed Rotopulse extraction method that preserves nutrients and freshness by operating at room temperature, making it suitable for subsequent cold pasteurization treatments like HPP. The Monoskid accommodates whole, chopped, or destoned produce including apples, pears, peaches, apricots, grapes, red fruits, tropical fruits, bananas, and various vegetables. It supports production capacities ranging from 500 kg/h to 32 t/h, suitable for uses in concentrates, baby foods, nectars, fresh juices, and pulpy juices.
