Featuring a transport scheme with variable width and an optional infeed screw for product spacing, this system ensures precise weight control. The unit includes a 12” touchscreen control panel for easy system management and storage of up to 254 product recipes. Designed with stainless steel AISI 304 and hard nickel-treated and anodized aluminum, these checkweighers are built to operate efficiently in harsh environments and comply with MID metrological standards. Additionally, they feature interconnectivity for Industry 4.0 applications, enabling remote assistance and data collection. Suitable for high-speed lines, they can process up to 600 packages per minute with a weight range up to 6000 grams.
