It features a powerful pump to ensure short and homogeneous cycles, providing equal thermal treatment for all products inside, regardless of their position. The reduced number of mechanical parts minimizes maintenance, while the MPI programmer automates the cycle and serves as a recording and control device. This autoclave can accommodate jars, cans, bottles, pouches, and trays, making it highly versatile. Standard diameters range from 900 mm to 2,300 mm, supporting capacities of 2 to 7 baskets. The system uses sterilized cooling water, enhancing safety and product quality.
