Brine holding tanks for poultry and meat processing
Maintaining consistent temperature and viscosity of high-viscosity brines is critical for effective injection and marination in poultry, meat, and seafood processing. Proper brine preparation and storage play a vital role in ensuring product quality and processing efficiency.

Maintain brine integrity with precise temperature control
The Wolf-tec Polar Fusion PFHT Holding Tanks by JBT are designed to hold high-viscosity brines at optimal temperatures for processing. Featuring dome tops and sealed man-way doors, these tanks ensure high levels of sanitary design and bio-security. The tanks include a bottom sweep agitator that gently circulates the brine, maintaining its integrity and readiness for use. The external cooling jacket operates with glycol or ammonia, allowing precise temperature monitoring within the tank to control external cooling. The brine piping is designed for quick removal, facilitating easy cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards. Available in two models, the PFHT 250 with a capacity of approximately 250 gallons (950 liters) and the PFHT 500 with a capacity of approximately 500 gallons (1900 liters), these tanks cater to different volume requirements in the industry.
