The Eurotherm 3504 PID controller allows precise thermal processing with minimal overshoot, and it can be connected to a PC for remote control. The system is equipped with overheat protection and automatic hoisting control to enhance safety. The furnace achieves a maximum temperature of 1200°C and has a tightly controlled temperature precision of ± 1°C, making it suitable for applications that require stringent thermal conditions. The three-zone heating design helps achieve uniform temperature distribution, critical for creating high-quality crystal structures.
