The system’s conveyor efficiently aligns biscuits from the tunnel oven and cooling conveyors for further processing. Utilizing Venturi effect suction cups, the biscuit caps are gently placed, reducing the risk of damage and product loss. The smart tilting system and manifold design ensure precise depositing and reproducible products, regardless of recipe, texture, or shape. Servo motors control all moving parts, allowing automated or manual adjustments for exact parameter control. An optional bypass system for unfilled products minimizes waste and downtime.
