The system includes a radial jet mixer that uses liquid turbulence for efficient, homogeneous mixing, eliminating the need for mechanical force. A patented horizontal injector ensures clog-free powder mixing by introducing dry powder at points of highest turbulence, guaranteeing immediate hydration. Four tank sizes offer flexibility in batch processing, supporting various production scales.
