This dryer utilizes direct-coupled, frequency-controlled multi-vent radial fans to ensure efficient air distribution. Its modular plant system can be easily expanded, making it versatile for varying production needs. The enclosed design allows for operation in external environments down to -40°C, thanks to its insulated dryer body. This dryer optimizes product distribution through double spreader screws and includes a product-turning device for even moisture content and energy-efficient ventilation. Available in belt widths of 6.2 m or 8.4 m, it can handle capacities from 200 kg to 60 t of water per hour. The system can accommodate various heating media, including thermal oil and waste heat, allowing for flexible operation.
