It is capable of tying continuous rows of sausages up to 130 mm in length and handling up to 120 pieces per minute. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the RS 19 ALP employs a semi-mobile pincer system for accurate and fast tying. It features a servomotor and a microprocessor, allowing program customization for the number of tying revolutions, the number of pieces, portion lengths, and spacing between portions. This system requires minimal maintenance and does not necessitate specialized personnel, making it a cost-effective solution for sausage manufacturers.
