The APVF by IMA is a vertical electronic slug feeder designed to handle dry and sandwich biscuits, crackers, and other bakery products. This system is modular, allowing various applications based on desired output and the number of lanes from the processing line. Each cycle deposits portions equal to the number of loader channels onto the wrapping machine’s flight-bar conveyor. Featuring three independent brushless motors, it achieves speeds up to 25 cycles per minute, ensuring gentle and efficient handling of round, square, and rectangular products. With digital real-time integration between the loader and wrapper, the APVF supports full connectivity, enhancing operational flexibility.
