Automatic packaging system for preformed bags

In high-speed production environments, manual packaging can lead to bottlenecks and inefficiencies. This is particularly critical when dealing with preformed bags, where accuracy and speed are paramount to maintain production quality and output levels.

Automates bagging, opening, and loading

The IMA-100P from Brevetti Gasparin automates the packaging process for preformed bags. It features a touch screen panel with programmable memory, enabling efficient operation. The automatic bagging head includes a pliers inserter synchronized with the bagging phase. The system uses air blowing and mechanical grippers to keep bags open. It also includes an automatic bag store capable of holding three stacks of bags, ensuring minimal downtime for reloading. Additional components include a products loading entry conveyor, an electric panel with centralized controls, and a heavy-duty design in painted steel. Optional features include a closing head for clip inline, a printer on the clip, and a 90° exit conveyor. The IMA-100P adds significant efficiencies to the packaging process, making it ideal for high-speed environments.
