The unique disc label station accommodates various bottle shapes, including conical and flask types. A synchronization chain mechanism ensures smooth and precise labeling, while the advanced pneumatic coding system prints batch numbers and expiry dates clearly. Additionally, the transmission-type rolling bottle device secures firm label attachment, avoiding bubbles or wrinkles. This system supports bottles from 100ml to 2L and can handle up to 6000 bottles per hour.
