Automated washing system for vials, syringes, cartridges, and ampoules

In pharmaceutical production, maintaining the sterility and cleanliness of vials, syringes, cartridges, and ampoules is crucial. Contaminants can compromise product integrity and patient safety, necessitating effective washing solutions.

Washes and dries containers with efficient cleaning

The Type 303/304/305 from BAUSCH Advanced Technology Group is an automated washing system designed to clean and dry vials, syringes, cartridges, and ampoules. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel and pharmaceutical-grade plastics, this system handles up to 9,000 containers per hour. It features coated grippers for smooth handling and avoids glass-to-glass contact during cleaning cycles. The energy-efficient cleaning needle design, which moves to clean the entire inside of the container, supports the use of various cleaning agents. An optional siliconization with servo-controlled needle movement allows for customized silicone patterns. Additionally, a cost-effective Water for Injection (WFI) recycling unit can be added.

Benefits

  • High throughput of up to 9,000 containers/hr
  • Reduces contamination with efficient needle movement
  • Prevents glass-to-glass contact
  • Optional WFI recycling for cost savings
  • Customizable siliconization patterns
