The GENiSYS® C by AST is an advanced, compact filling and closing system designed for automated processing of nested, custom, and ready-to-use vials, syringes, and cartridges. It is ideal for small-scale applications such as R&D, process development, engineering runs, and cGMP clinical manufacturing. This system includes features typically found in larger machines, such as peristaltic and rotary piston pumps, integrated in-process weighing (IPC), and electronic batch record (EBR) reporting. The GENiSYS® C offers flexibility in aseptic environments, operating within Laminar Airflow Hoods (LAF), Restricted Access Barrier Systems (RABS), and isolators. It supports filling toxic and cytotoxic materials and provides multiple syringe and cartridge stoppering options. Its ASTView high-resolution interface allows for intelligent control and real-time process monitoring, ensuring high accuracy and minimal product hold-up.
