Aseptic filling technology for dairy products

Ensure product integrity and extend shelf life with a high-speed aseptic filling solution, designed to efficiently handle diverse liquid viscosities, from milk to automotive fluids.

Sterilizes and Fills Liquid Products Aseptically

The SAS 5 from Serac is an aseptic filling machine designed to maintain sterility and efficiency across diverse liquid packaging applications. This machine utilizes an in-line packaging sterilization method with chemical treatments such as peracetic acid or hydrogen peroxide, or an electron-beam for enhanced compactness and environmental efficiency. Its unique design features a patented Multiflow magnetic valve for precise control, servo-driven capper, and waterproof heatsealer, ensuring high-speed operation up to 48,000 bottles per hour. Suitable for dairy, beverages, oils, sauces, personal care, and automotive products, the SAS 5 supports containers from 50 ml to 2 liters using materials like PET, HDPE, and PP. Integrating seamlessly into continuous, high-speed production lines, it offers traceability with full tracking of sterilization processes and permanent recording of production data. Equipped with CIP/SIP modules, it simplifies cleaning and maintenance, while optional nitrogen injection and extended monitoring capabilities enhance product quality and production oversight.
