The system employs unique in-line packaging sterilization using chemical treatments such as peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide or electron-beam sterilization via BluStream. The aseptic filling turret is designed with patented Multiflow magnetic valves, ensuring precise and hygienic filling. This equipment handles various container materials—PET, HDPE, PP—and accommodates sizes from 50 ml to 2 liters, with an output range of 6,000 to 48,000 bottles per hour for 1-liter containers. The unit includes a servo-driven capper and waterproof heat-sealer, incorporating robust hygienic designs to prevent contamination. The aseptic isolator features unidirectional sterile air flow, and the system is delivered with CIP/SIP modules, promoting consistent cleaning and sterilization.
