The EASYFILL by IMA Group is a liquid filling and stoppering system designed to meet the stringent requirements of aseptic processing. This equipment is versatile, available in two models, EASYFILL 200 and EASYFILL 400, handling up to 400 vials per minute. It features a positive intermittent-motion, linear transport, and brushless motors for precise movements. The machine supports various dosing systems typical in the industry and includes a checkweighing system with load cells for accurate tare and gross weight detection. Additional features include ‘no vial – no fill – no stoppering’ control devices and rubber stopper insertion for both liquid solutions and freeze-dried products. The system is designed for easy integration with 100% In-Process Control and can be installed inside conventional sterile rooms or integrated with any type of Restricted Access Barrier Systems (RABS).
