The STERIFILL from IMA is an advanced ampoule filling and sealing system designed for pharmaceutical applications. It supports both opened (type B and C) and closed (type D) ampoules and can be equipped with up to 10 dosing pumps to meet medium to high production needs. Driven by brushless motors, STERIFILL ensures precise and gentle movements. The machine’s compact design and unidirectional air flow facilitate easy cleanability and maintenance. Additionally, STERIFILL can integrate with LAF hood systems, RABS, or isolator enclosures for enhanced safety. The system also features a user-friendly HMI with Siemens touch screen and allows tool-free size changeovers to accommodate different ampoule or vial sizes. STERIFILL is available as a stand-alone unit or as part of a complete processing line.
