The Tetra Pak® E3/Flex is a flexible filling solution designed for the dairy, juice, and beverage industry. Using eBeam technology, it sterilizes packaging materials without the use of hydrogen peroxide, reducing chemical consumption and operational costs. With a capacity of up to 8000 packages per hour, this system supports Tetra Brik® 900 and 450 Ultra Edge packages. The system’s design allows easy switching between different product types and shelf life requirements, including short shelf life (SSL) and extended shelf life (ESL). The optional high viscosity kit enables the filling of a wider range of products, enhancing production flexibility. The platform includes innovative features such as the Direct Injection Moulding Concept (DIMC) for LightCap™ 30 and WingCap™ 30, a servo-driven toolbox for precise moulding, and an operator interface with an intuitive wide screen.
