The Chocoform® PSL system by Sollich is designed for creating chocolate lentils, balls, and eggs using tempered chocolate or compound. Chocolate mass, which can contain inclusions such as nut and biscuit crumbs or cereals, is dosed between two cooled rollers forming the desired shapes. The system has accurate weight shaping capabilities and allows for quick format changes. Easy cleaning features minimize downtime, making it practical for continuous production. Available in working widths from 400 to 1300 mm, the Chocoform® PSL has a capacity ranging from 400 to 1400 kg/h, making it suitable for various production scales.
