Cluster production system for chocolate with nut inclusions
In industrial confectionery production, creating consistent chocolate clusters with nut inclusions can be challenging. Issues include achieving uniform distribution of nuts and managing precise portion sizes. Efficient systems are essential to maintain product quality and production speed.

Produces chocolate clusters with nut inclusions
The Cluster Teglia by Selmi is designed to produce chocolate-based clusters containing nuts like hazelnuts, pistachios, and almonds. It features a loading hopper for nuts and needs to be connected to a tempering unit with a pneumatic valve for chocolate supply. The system uses 6 rotors to dispense the mixture onto baking trays (60×40 cm), ensuring customizable dose adjustments. The integrated tray loader holds up to 8 trays at a time. This setup allows for an hourly production rate of 25-30 kg, depending on the specific product. It requires a 220 V single-phase electrical supply and a compressed air source at 100 lt/min and 6 bars. The dimensions without the tempering machine are 1800 x 2250 x 950 mm and with the tempering unit attached, 1800 x 2250 x 1550 mm.
