<h2>Liner system for bag and drum filling of powders with high containment level</h2>
<p>CLS Continuous Liner System from Dec Group offers complete solutions for packaging different powder materials into bags and drums. Depending on the liner and cartridge dimensions, the system carries folded bags up to 80 meters. Its filling head can be installed directly at the discharge outlet of the machine or on a support frame with load cells for weighing. Moreover, the liner is attached to the support clips for safe bag detachment.</p>
<p>The liner is produced in a clean ISO 5 environment with the option of γ-irradiated cartridges for sterile use. It can be delivered pre-folded in various sizes and supplied in a PE bag.</p>

<h2>Sterilizing lid film using a peroxide bath before sealing</h2>
<p>The Thermoforming machine designed by Newpack, (Alimenta Group), is a horizontal Form-Fill-Seal machine that forms a container, fills it with a product and then seals it, in one single process. The machine can handle different foods, from liquids to semi liquids with yoghurt being one of the most common application.</p>
<p>The Thermoforming machine is adjusted according to the product to be processed and its shelf life. Newpack customises the shape and size of the cup according to manufacturer’s requirements. For products such as desserts and yoghurt which need a longer shelf life, an Ultra-Clean version is recommended.</p>
<p>Starting from a reel of thermoformable plastic film, Newpack Thermoforming machine forms the bottom of the container according to a pre-established shape, by heating the plastic film and shaping it through a mould. At this point, the cups are automatically filled by a cup filling station. Based on the product to be packed and the shape of the cup, the filling system type changes. Afterwards the machine applies a lid on each cup by heat sealing it. When cups arrive to the cutting station, they are cut and separated. The Ultra-clean version is provided with a tunnel with an overpressure of sterile air. Moreover, a tank filled with peroxide solution is used to sanitize the thermoformable lid film. This process happens before the sealing stage.</p>
<p>All machine components are in compliance with CE regulations and other hygiene standards. Machine capacity depends on the product and the volume of the cup; generally speaking, 9,000 is the minimum production capacity.</p>

<h2>Linear Filling Machine for Bags</h2>
<p>BRAM-COR BFIL filling and capping machines for bags deliver high production volumes thanks to linear hydraulic circuits, and fast-cleaning AISI 316L mirror-polished stainless steel where contacting the product. Manual bag filling and semiautomatic bag filling options are also available.</p>
<p>Filling and capping are automated on the BFIL-A version and there’s a drop grill to catch any spills. Dosage precision is typically 99%, although 99.9% is achievable by adjusting the flow meter. Optional extras include sterile laminar air flow hoods, integrated conveyor belts, and ink jet printers.</p>
<p>BRAM-COR BFIL linear filling and capping machines integrate with washing machines, capping and crimping machines, labelling lines and belt conveyors. They are programmable for vacuum extraction, gas, sterile air injection etc.</p>
<p>A BFIL station needs only one operator. Four integrated stations can fill up to 6,000 bags-per-hour assuming 500 ml capacity each.</p>

<p>The MI-O series by i-Dositecno is designed for start-up installations and is able to fill larger bottles of up to 80 mm diameter at speeds of 3,000 bottles per hour and smaller bottles, up to 26 mm diameter, at rates of up to 6,000 bottles per hour.</p>
<p>With up to 4 heads, it can dose 1 to 500 ml of ophthalmic liquids into the bottles. Filling options include peristaltic, stainless steel rotary, ceramic rotary or CIP/SIP rotary pumps. Totally built in AISI 304 stainless steel, the dispensing nozzles are smooth with the special rugosity required for handling sterile products.</p>
<p>Caps are introduced by servo-controlled pick and place and then screwed on using a pneumatic system. The quality detection system rejects any empty or partly filled bottles as well as any uncapped bottles.</p>

<p>The table top BI-I from i-Dositecno can fill sterile liquid and powders in doses from 1 to 500 mls into vials, as well as specialized micro-dosing.</p>
<p>It can produce up to 2.000 units per hour for injectable vials from 2R to 500H as well as install rubber stoppers ranging from 12 mm to 32 mm and alu-caps 12 mm to 32 mm in size.</p>
<p>Filling is achieved by means of a peristaltic pump or a servo auger filler for micro-dosing which can meter as little as 0.150g. Stoppers are introduced by pneumatic pick and place and alu-caps loaded by chute, with crimping performed by pneumatics.</p>
