A Finnish company, Spoothie, invented this totally new type of product out of excess buckwheat flour. The company was aware of the environmental impact of food waste, so they developed a new product that could use the leftover buckwheat.
This brand-new product is hence not only sustainable but also healthy and nutritious. Spoothie is gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and rich in antioxidants and dietary fiber. This innovative product won the Product of the Year award from FreeFrom Barcelona 2022.
