When making pharmaceutical tablets and coating them it’s pivotal to get all your tablets out of the coater fast and clean the equipment for upcoming batches. L.B. Bohle has come up with a solution that enhances the process.
Turn your head towards the end of the coating
Not only have they perfected the coating process, but also the discharging after the coating is done. Therefore, you can discharge your tablets from the coater by reversing its rotation and adjusting its inclination. Thus the coater is tilted and you can get your products out quicker and easier. This step is followed by fully automated cleaning.
Additionally, L.B. Bohle has integrated an extra cleaning lance at the unit’s base as a standard feature. Compared to prior technology, the cleaning time is now shorter and ensures that the cleaning solution drains away rapidly and completely, leaving no residue.
