This equipment effectively breaks down colloidal structures with an adjuvant treatment, followed by saturation with nitrogen or air, driving lees to the surface for easy removal. Ideal for winemakers and beverage producers, it supports the production of white, red, rosé, and sparkling wines, as well as clarified juices such as apple and orange.
Operating at pressures of up to 6 bar, models S1, S2, and S3 deliver 170, 330, and 510 hectoliters per hour, respectively. Its flexible design allows continuous sampling and adjustment of parameters to ensure optimal clarity.
