The GENESIS by IMA Group is a wet wipe converting line designed for start-ups and small batch productions demanding a high-quality finished product. This line can handle 6 to 12 pre-cut rolls, with options for manual or automatic splicing to maximize flexibility. Each lane has its own individual wetting station for precision and uniformity. Components include a sanitary lobe pump, electronic flowmeter, and CIP (Clean In Place) ready service tank with level sensors. The high-speed rotary die-cutter with stainless steel blades can cut wipes up to 300mm in length and lasts up to 3 months. Compliance with ATEX standards allows safe production of wipes soaked in flammable liquids like Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA). Additionally, an integrated flow wrapper ensures accurate film unwinding, die-cutting, labeling, feeding, folding, and sealing. The GENESIS line operates efficiently, reducing waste to less than 3%, and requires just one or two operators, adhering to global sanitary standards to minimize contamination risks. Recipes in the HMI (Human Machine Interface) ensure quick retrieval and error-proof operation, making GENESIS an ideal choice for small lots and multiple daily changeovers.
