This minimizes bruising and ensures smooth transfer to inspection tables via a PVC slide chain and swan neck. Commonly integrated into pre-processing and processing lines, it effectively handles end-products such as pre-peeled potatoes and potato slices. With a capacity of 200 kg per batch, it’s ideal for continuous operations. Optional frequency control enhances flexibility, and the system can be used as a standalone unit. A spray pipe on the outfeed ensures efficient rinsing and doubles as a fresh water inlet. Robust and safe, the Wet Bunker NB is protected by a mounted safety rack, ensuring both operator safety and product integrity.
