The Hull i-Dositecno TL-100 and TL-200 tray loaders from SP Hull are designed to meet the needs of pharmaceutical processing. These tray loaders accommodate both glass and plastic vials ranging from 2 to 500 mL, placing them into metal, plastic, or cardboard trays in a seamless nested pattern. Available in two models, the TL-100 offers a single tray loader with speeds up to 200 vials per minute, while the TL-200 provides a dual tray loader capable of handling up to 400 vials per minute. An adjustable pusher and menu-driven, PLC-assisted changeover system allow for the processing of multiple vial sizes without needing change parts, enhancing workflow efficiency. Optional camera inspection ensures proper tray loading and automatic vial rejection for inconsistencies, providing consistent and reliable performance ideal for both aseptic and non-aseptic environments.
