The UFC-P3 is an ultrasonic cake slicer designed by Sonikel Ultrasonics, leveraging 12 years of expertise in ultrasonic and automation technologies. Constructed with a stainless steel body and a titanium alloy blade, it ensures 100% food safety compliance. This slicer is highly effective for cutting frozen and fresh cakes, soft cheeses, honeycombs, halvah, sandwiches, and other sticky or fragile food items, delivering smooth and rapid cuts. Customizable to match the size and type of food product, the UFC-P3 model is specially configured for round cakes and operates on two axes. It can produce up to 10,000 slices per shift. Operating at a frequency of 20 kHz with power outputs of 1000W or 2500W, it supports various adjustments including cutting time, cut length, blade speed, slice count, and operator password protection. The unit also features memory for recipe storage.
